Only In Florida 9

You know that thing when kids get in trouble and their names aren't released because they're minors? Not in Florida! 15 year old Nicholas Lucari is facing felony charges after messing with the drink of his 69 year old teacher Dale Dawson Yount. This kid is going to be in for a world of trouble.

Cue sad Hulk Music.

While in school he decided that it would be funny/cool/interesting perhaps to put a hand sanitizer, Germ-X, into his teacher's Diet Coke. That drink is already bad enough without some punk ass kid adding shit to it. The police report says that Nicholas “did willfully, intentionally, and with the intent to injure” Yount and he's been “ suspended from school pending an expulsion hearing.” The teacher starting feeling sick after having the drink and went to a hospital.

Its not like teacher's don't have it bad enough, especially this one. She's almost 70 and teaching in Florida. I would imagine that if a teacher was in Florida that they'd have a chalkboard made of a mirror so that they'd always be able to see what the hell was going on.

It kills germs. Can't be all bad, right?

Some are saying that the kid meant no harm by putting stuff into his teacher's soda and that he is a “prankster.” He we go again with people using words wrong. A prank would've been a whoopee cushion. Maybe hiding the chalk. Putting something into another persons drink that is consisted of ethyl alcohol is not a prank. Its being an asshole. I doubt he'll go to prison for long but he will have a record seeing as how this is a felony. Hopefully he'll think twice before doing dumb shit like this again.

  1. I remember when the kid who sold acid in school asked everyone if they'd chip in & he would put a tab of acid in the history teachers(that no one liked) coffee. & never saw soo many high school kids willing to donate to a cause he did it without the teacher seeing them the bell rang so I never knew what happened or how he reacted... Darn it!

  2. if that really happened, then I doubt he actually completed the task. Otherwise he'd be in jail because you know someone would've talked about it. My brothers teacher's wig flipped around once and that is still brought up 30 years later. Acid teacher would become legend.
