Olberman said it better than I ever could. I heard about this guy first by my boss last year during the election. Every morning we'd watch Olbermann and other election coverage online for an hour or so. A great education.
Robertson's assholery crossed over to this side of the Atlantic a long time before, of course. He's pretty much what we think about when we think about American Christians. He gives mental illness and the religious a bad name.

I've had time to think about it. If you get to see almost nothing...what's the POINT of softcore porn?
Soft core porn to me is like going to a strip club. It'll get you by for now or get you up enough to bang your wife without having to worry about her getting you excited. When I saw my first actual porn my mind was blown.
I think the first time I saw porn that I actually remember seeing (I surely must have seen porn before the age of 24) was when I visited Paris in 2000 and saw porn comics. There they were, nestled among the regular adult fiction comics like they weren't porn. Ah, the French. One was called 'The Misfortunes of Janice', whose misfortune seemed to center around her clothes falling off and getting shagged all the time, and another one called Docteur Sexe, about a Soviet doctor who had the task of re-educating three hot female dissidents through some kind of sexual...something. I dunno. Anyway, that stayed with me. Not necessarily in a good way. Funny, though.
I know I have mentioned the first real one I saw on my show before. I was in shock. It was a Black porn and I always judge Black porn harshly. The people in it were greasy and the guy had a jerry curl (google that travesty).
