Rosscast Episode 112: Damn G-Spot!

In this episode I answer a bunch of listener questions and ramble about Mariah Carrey's drunk ass speech, whether or not the g-spot actually exists, idiots dying from inhaling helium, and what TV show I would like to put myself into. Click here to download this and older Rosscast shows. Enjoy!

Yeah, any time you mention how lovely the weather is in LA, I think of that Hawaii beach cam you sent me a link to and imagine the warm. You're mean. Mean and warm.

I don't know how I feel about animal rights groups. Most of the people I know who work directly with animal welfare organisations are very wary of animal rights organisations. Hmm. I don't like fur. I don't like dead whales. I don't like tortured lipstick-wearing bunny rabbits. I think forced lipstick-wearing is bad. It's all bad. Somebody's got to be crazy enough to protest against it.

I feel kinda the same about the 'like men do' mentality...it really bothers me when women think that they have to measure their behaviour against men's, or think they're only really acting like free-thinking women when they act 'like men'. I'm not saying the person who asked you that question thinks like that, maybe they do, but I'm trying to make a broader point (similar to yours), not make assumptions about the questioner, by the way...but I hear it a lot, particularly from younger women/girls in their early twenties who are probably still trying to figure out who they are maybe...anyway it makes me sad. Do not define yourself in relation to men and masculinity! And I agree with you about the independent thing, which makes me sad...it's like the choice in some women's minds is, either be dependent on a man or reject men. I'm as pretty independent woman in that I'd rather be on my own than in an unhappy relationship, but of course, I'd prefer to be in a relationship because a great boyfriend is so good for me mentally, emotionally and physically. I'm happier in a relationship. But I'm pretty happy being single too. That's independence, I think. Well, I think... :)

Dante, one thing I have noticed is that when you speak about women, you often say 'people' when you're talking about women, which is something I really like and gives me faith in men in general. Lots of men who are perfectly respectful, on the surface, of women seem to think of women as being sort of another species, one that needs to be 'managed' and I think it's because...they don't see women as people in the same way that they see men as people. Does that make any sense? Am I a paranoid crazy woman? It makes a lot of sense to me that you have a lot of female friends when you speak about women.

haha, I'm awesome! It's true cos Dante says so!

Ahhh, so you would be a wussy god. It's funny that you bring up the Greek gods thing earlier in the podcast, because that's what inspired my question. The Greek gods required not prayers, but sacrifice, to please them. So to say hello to the big fella, rather than getting down on your knees as the major religions today require, you would go and sacrifice something...vegetables, pretty things, on special occasions, meat. But here's really what inspired the questions -the gods would consume what was burnt in the offering, but often what was burnt was not the good meaty stuff, just the bones and the fat, or the outside of the veg, so the mortals would then partake by eating the remains of the sacrifice, usually a bloody good meal. So win all 'round. The gods got their yummy bones and marrow and fatty stuff, and the humans had the roast beef leftovers. Where am I going with this...oh yeah, so asking for sacrifices was not necessarily a god being a greedy dick. So if your worshippers could partake of the sacrificed things too, what do you think youn would demand as a sacrifice? Me, I love tomatoes. So bring 'em on.

Tithes -I think one of the important roles of organised religion is to provide a focal point for us to remember our obligations to the commnunity. I have a funny feeling you don't care much about obligations to the community LOL Anyway, if a church is doing its job properly, tithes are a way of making sure everyone in the community is either caring for other members or being cared for. From each as he can, to each as he needs. I don't think you should have to contribute though.

Ooo, how obnoxiously opinionated am I this evening? Thanks for answering my questions.

'I have long fingers and I know how to do things...' -LOLOLOL
Actually, one of the first photos I ever saw of you was a pic of your knives, which you posted on TRE forums, and I remember thinking you had very distinctive hands. I did not immediately think about the g-spot though.

'a grab bag of nastitry'. Another one for the Danticionary?

Thanks for asking my questions. I can't believe I wrote five paragraphs in response. I really DO need to get outside and get a life.

ONE LAST COMMENT! This is verging on cyberstalking. I really liked the song you played, what's the name of the artist/band?

I gotta bring up the nice ass weather here, Hazel. Maybe I’ll stop as the weather where you are seems to not be made for humans to inhabit. Everyone you know seems to be getting cold related injuries. Animal rights groups get me pissed because they go to such extreme measures to get what should be a good message across. Its like killing in the name of religion. I am gonna beat and scare love and kindness into your heart. And forced lipstick wearing is only bad if that’s not what you paid for. Otherwise its all good.

Independence to me is being able to enjoy your own company before imposing yourself on other peoples lives. If you cant even sit around by yourself and have fun or happy then why should anyone else want to be around you? These young girls have no idea what it means to be independent because they are basing everything in their life off of their equally bitter ass mothers who grew up with that “I don’t need a man!” mentally. Guys are guilty of the same shit. When women become JUST objects you cant be mad when they use you just for your dick. And don’t get me started on women telling men to “Be a man!” because I’ll go insane.

Thanks, Hazel. I also refer to women as chicks, dames, and broads. There are worse words I can use. But growing up I have seen women in my family go through so much shit mentally and physically that when I see a girl cry over “spilled milk” I get pissed like “If that upsets you wait until something REAL bad happens in your life!” I’m not saying people cant be emotional or anything, but come on. They always say women are hard to understand as if men are a puzzle that has long since been solved. No one knows shit. No matter what set of genitals you were born with, it doesn’t make you better than the other because you have the opposite. And I have said that I speak to more chicks because I can have better conversations with them. And a lot of them have awesome ass thighs. Just saying.

I guess I could ask my followers to sacrifice chicken leavings or something instead of children. But people giving up cash and shit? That shouldn’t be. If when the day you die there’s no heaven to float up to I believe the first thought that will cross people’s minds is “Fuck, I could’ve bought a new car with the money I gave this year!” 10% to God? Wow.

I have grown to like my crazy fingers. When I was younger some girl said I was gonna make some girl happy one day and didn’t get what she meant until years later. Nine inches of hand is hard to control. And they are thin at that! If they were big and sausage like maybe I would make even more women happy. Ah, to dream…

Thanks for all the responses. I know I could make mine longer but you know I’ll end up mentioning them in another episode. You rock.

The song was "Got You Where I Want You" by The Flys.

Bring back the weather comments. I miss the introduction, plus I get to imagine being in Calfornia for a few secs.

Must check out The Flys.
