I'm still not in the Christmas mood. And I love Christmas. Boo.

The best gift I ever got was the last gift I opened one Christmas, aged about 11. I don't remember anything else I got that Christmas. One gift looked like a thick tube, about the length of a sheet of paper. It didn't look interesting, so I sort of forgot about it. My mother reminded me to open it and stood by while I did. She had bought the Christmas bumper edition of every single comic book on the newsagents' shelves, rolled them up and wrapped them for me. I was so, so happy. I adore my Mam, but she doesn't really 'get' me at all, so it's actually the only surprise gift she got me in 33 years that I really liked LOL. Oh I love Christmas. Bring on the Christmas spirit already!

Christmas memories- cool episode. I have alot. Like my dad likes to watch National Lampoon's Christmas vacation every year. Haha.. I was okay with it. But, now I'm into newer films. But, really there's aren't that many good xmas movies where you enjoy and want to watch over and over again. EXCEPT for Elf. If you haven't seen it. WATCH IT.. Trust me!

But anyways back to gifts. My dad would find stuff in the house to give to us or relatives. This one time, he gave his god child an address book that he found. I recognized it and it was actually mine. I had already written in it too.. I felt so embarassed for him. I had to take the address book and tear out the pages. On top of that.. I got the most random stuff from my dad that kids don't want. I'm trying to think of examples, however.. its hard because I have tried to forget about them! lol

Some were cool like when i was 8. Giving me a pocket nife, or a football coat.. eventhough I don't like football. Luckily my mom made up for the random gifts my dad gave. =)
